PAYMENT & SECURITY POLICY

1. Payment Methods

www.jewelmaze.co.in may offer the following payment methods, subject to availability, order value, location, eligibility, and payment-provider rules:

· UPI, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other supported UPI applications.

· Debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express, where supported.

· Supported mobile wallets.

· Net banking through participating banks.

· Snapmint (Pay Later / EMI), subject to eligibility and provider approval.

· Simpl (Buy Now, Pay Later), subject to eligibility and provider approval.

· Reward points or store credits, where offered.

· Cash on Delivery (COD), on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

Available payment methods may change without notice. The final payment options, applicable charges, and any financing terms shown at checkout will apply to the transaction.

2. Payment Security

· Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers and gateways using security measures appropriate to the payment method.

· We do not request your complete card number, CVV, OTP, PIN, UPI PIN, or banking password through email, phone calls, or chat.

· We do not store full payment-card details on our systems where the payment is processed directly by a third-party payment processor. Payment processors may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

· Transactions may be subject to fraud, risk, or high-value verification before fulfilment.

3. Failed, Reversed, or Unsuccessful Payments

If an amount is debited but the order is not successfully created, please contact us with the transaction reference. We will coordinate with the payment provider and process any refund due after verification. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

4. COD

COD is available only for eligible orders and serviceable pin codes. We may restrict COD for certain products, order values, locations, or customers based on operational or risk considerations.

5. Financing / BNPL

Where EMI, BNPL, or Pay Later options are offered, the relevant provider may perform eligibility checks and may apply separate terms, fees, interest, or repayment conditions. Please review the provider's terms before confirming such a payment option.
